TOST began with us — Chris and Debs — and a shared love of simple, honest food that brings people together. For years, Debs has been baking and creating with a kind of kitchen sorcery — a natural flair for mixing ingredients, balancing nutrients, and turning them into food that’s both nourishing and unforgettable. Paired with Chris’s passion for people, community, and good conversation, it felt only natural to open a space where all of that could come together.
What started as a dream has grown into TOST: a place in the heart of Llanwrtyd Wells where locals and visitors gather over fresh bread, seasonal bakes, and a warm welcome. Just as the town’s famous spring once drew people in search of health and connection, we wanted to create a modern-day meeting place — one that celebrates flavour, wellbeing, and community.
